The 5stars did great work building a pool + deck on our property.The new pool is large in size and actually represents a combination of the long swimming lane and smaller splash pool. During the key construction moments ( pouring the concrete, inspection process, etc...) either Roman (the owner) or Andrew (the project manager) or Chris (support team) was always present to supervise the whole process. Sid, the office administrator, helped to keep up the communication through the whole project which was very beneficial. All work was done within the budget and expected time frame. Best company to add pavers, resurface, add new tile and replace our skimmer.I have nothing but great things to say about Five Star Pools. We've dealt with many contractors over the years when making updates to our house (my husband isn't handy so we have to outsource everything) and this was one of our best experiences. The manager of our project, Andrew, was a delight. I've learned that although other contractors may do a good job, they may not be great at communication or showing up when they say they will. Not the case with Andrew, the guy is a machine at communication. He responds very quickly to text and if it's a more in depth question he often picks up the phone...read full review
