My technician was James, highly knowledgeable and professional with a great personality; he pointed out key issues and settings on my evap that no other A/C tech was able to find (or cared about) in 10 years! I really appreciated the detail in which he explained what was wrong with my system and for giving me guidance with multiple options on repair and then emailing them to me. Going forward, H2C will be our new A/C service and I highly recommend them to anyone.“

Afterwards, Hilimire cleaned, scrubbed, and sanded the whole paver deck before sealing the paver deck. Not only was the workmanship excellent, but Hilimire used quality materials which gave the paver deck a matte look and a great seal which was what I was looking for from the onset. I was on phone with James approx. 2hrs later Kurt (project manager) was at my house doing an evaluation/scope of work to send to insurance company. My experience with Building Restoration Services was nothing short of excellent. Anyone that came to my house was professional, clean, polite and always cleaned up when their tasks were done. I dealt with Ashley on the office side of things wow what a hard worker she was always looking for solution if something popped up or the need to get a paper signed or check deposited. Kurt was the project manager he was always available to help, very positive and energetic, stayed on top of things with communication until the completion of project. I travel for my job Kurt setup a group text for him, my wife and myself that was key to how things would work through the project. At the beginning James promised that my house when completed would look better than it did before the flood and boy was he accurate. There was never a hurdle that James, Kurt or Ashley couldn’t fix.
