“Great people! I would definitely use them again. Why? Because they are smart, fast and dependable.As for smart, their estimator - a very knowledgeable and prepared woman - came out and surveyed the job. As a result we bought just what we needed with no inordinate waste. Which they cleaned up. Other smart thing. The same tile was used in the foyer and a bottom level bonus room. The installers took the time to call us if we wanted the tile to go east and west or north and south. In the foyer, it made sense to go north and south and in the bonus room, east and west. Thank you for thinking and asking. As for fast, they started the job exactly when they promised. No delays and they finished the next day. They did not drag anything out. Part of that goes to the dependable part but I would have to have to throw in a comment on their quality of workmanship. Quite frankly, the tile looks great. They sent pics. Proud of their work as they should be. On one final note, their pricing is very competitive. We used another contractor on some earlier project and I will definitely consider Diversified Floor Care for future needs.“

“We had our front doors replaced and are very satisfied with the product and the installers. They kept the area clean, organized and were professional. We were told that it would take 8 weeks for the doors to arrive. They arrived in 8 weeks and were quickly installed. We are very happy with the results.“

“Everything happened as agreed. Some extra work, which was mentioned, turned out to be fairly costly. A price estimate of this work, if required, would have been good to have before signing.
The workforce appeared professional and friendly. They knew what could be done and what not. The price was not the cheapest, but the fact that the company was local, recommended, had a manned showroom and communicated well (also in writing) before and during the work were important factors.“
