There work fell apart, 2 techs failed in their attempts. Called another company to fix their screw ups. They refused to meet with me at Better Business Bureau. That kind of says it all

He really went out of his way to make sure I understood the issues I've been having with a unit that was installed by another AC company in a home I've just purchased.
