I used DIVERSIFIED FLOOR CARE to have vinyl tile planks put down in my kitchen, front door area and guest bathroom. I had porcelain tile there which they jack-hammered up and cleaned that area. The next day the vinyl tile went down and they EXPERTLY matched old tile planks with new. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Area looks perfect! They even helped me move some furniture back. Ashley came to measure and brought samples to choose from! Customer service is super!!!! A++++
Four installations, three great experiences. Although our fourth was Poor Quality grout work, I must say that Larry the owner is a man of integrity and did everything he could do to make it right.
Antonio was busy so they gave us a different tile layer and I sure wish we had waited on Antonio.
I was warned that they had poor communication, I must admit, they are not good at texting,
but Larry is prompt in answering phone calls and resolving issues. Ask for Vinnie to estimate your job.
