Todd came out today and met with my wife and flooring company, Bay 10 flooring. We were concerned as there was moisture on the slab the other day and we were already concerned that we had a high water table. He came out and calmed our fears letting us know that we had no major issue and that the sealant that the flooring company was going to use would be perfect. We had so much fear and Todd could have taken advantage of that, however, he was incredibly honest and that is hard to find these days. Thank you for helping us.
