“At 4:00 PM I noticed dripping from my bedroom ceiling under the air conditioner in the attic. I turned it off and called Advanced Air. They could send someone tonight. James, their tech, texted ahead of his arrival with a photo ID and ETA. He fixed my clogged drain and other issues that contributed to the backup. He cleaned up after himself and explained what he did. Very professional and pleasant. I have air. I am cool. It is 7:51. Not bad, not bad at all“
