I’ve had at least over 4 technicians from Britt come out for installing ductwork, and routine repairs over the last 17 years. Each has been great and pricing continue to be competitive. Mark Stokes was awesome. Not only did he fix my AC unit, he recognized I like to understand how things work, and clearly explained the aspects of my package unit, the heat pump, how both 30 amp breakers relate to my unit, and reprogrammed my thermostat to accurately reflect my units lack of heat strips with emergency heating(overkill in Florida) so the other members of the house don’t get confused in using the thermostat those two times a year we need heat AND Dad happens to be asleep....read full review

This is Part II of a previous review, same issues with my AC unit. (we were waiting on the manufacturer) I got the opportunity to meet more employees that work for Britt's. The first one I want to mention is Technician Cameron. He was on time for the appointment, he explained the issue to me and worked very quickly to resolve it. The second is Technician Mark, he was also on time and got to work straight away. Mark got my issue resolved with expertise and professionalism. I felt confident that Mark had finally resolved the entire issue. A/C died early evening 3 days before the Thanksgiving holiday. My tech, Mark, was here within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and had it up and running in under 2 hours. Mark was very knowledgeable and kind and I felt confident in his professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend Britt’s and Mark. Thank you!
