Gotta send a huge shout out to Jay's A/C, Heat and Air for quickly finding our air flow issue at home and fixing it quick! Just in time for a few days of a/c, and then the heater kicked in this morning! Well, that was a fast way to wake up! The season's 1st use of the heater, and it smelled like burnt hair and dust! 🤣🤣 Thank you to Jay Grunenfelder , HUGE thank you to his guy Hunter, and the lovely lady Dana in the office! You guys were fast and amazing!

Jay's AC fixed a complex problem that for the past 7+ years several HVAC companies either shrugged off or were unable to solve. Every time the system would stop running, it was unable to start cooling again without the breaker being turned off then back on again. They sent a very knowledgeable tech out who explained everything he was checking for as he went step by step through the entire system inside and out to diagnose. Not only did he identify the root of the problem and repair it, he identified some contributing factors and resolved those as well. For several hours of his time and the time of his coworkers that he bounced ideas off of, the total cost of the repair was way lower than I expected a complex problem like this to be. Fantastic work!
