I have an American Home Shield policy. 2 days ago I called the company about issues with our air conditioner not working. Home Shield made a referral to an HVAC company and they set up an appointment in 2 days. The technician from Bencraft Mechanical Services arrived at the appointed time and diagnosed the problem and replaced a part on our outside heat pump. The AC immediately started working. He answered all of our questions and we highly recommend them.
