The team is true professionals, on time, friendly, and easy to deal with. Crimson Tide A/C did an outstanding job installing two brand-new A/C units in a pizzeria. The entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly efficient, with fair pricing, excellent communication, and attention to detail. They kept everything on schedule and made sure the business experienced as little downtime as possible. They also did an amazing job repairing an air conditioner, charging over $300 less than another company for labor and Freon, and saving all of the Freon. The technician, Bobby, was respectful, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. The company is easy to work with, gets customers in right away, and is an honest, reliable HVAC company that delivers exceptional work at a fair price.
My husband called because the air conditioner stopped working, of course during the hot days of summer. I called the company that installed the Air Conditioner and they said they would be there in four days. As soon as they were finished with a job locally, Crimson Tide agreed to come out. Kyle, the technician identified the problem and under five minutes and had it fixed. He was great and I would strongly recommend this company.
We are so glad we found Crimson Tide. I called because I had no A/C and had a tech at my house within 2 hours! My system took a surge from lightening and needed replaced, sadly. Within a couple of days, I was back in business and it's summer time at that! Not only did they replace the full A/C system in my home but they also took good care of my Mom when her drain pipe became clogged on her A/C unit. Over all the price was affordable given the work performed and the price of the system.
