We had Tyler Pierce as our technician and he was very personable and kind. We sat in 85 degrees for almost two and a half days and he fixed the problem within an hour. Highly recommend this company, from scheduling our appointment to them coming out and fixing it, everyone was professional and kind. While pricing was definitely expensive considering you can buy the parts and install yourself for a lot cheaper, if you want the convenience and peace of mind that it is done right and not have to worry about doing it yourself, they are the way to go.
Altman's had scheduled Kevin to perform the bi-annual preventative maintenance on my AC unit. I received a reminder a few days prior, then a phone call from Kevin about 30 minutes prior to his arrival.
He was very polite and professional throughout his visit. He identified a UV bulb had burnt out and replaced in immediately. He performed a detailed 84 point tune up, inspection and cleaning of the entire unit, which included disinfecting the inside of the air handler.
One of the best parts of the visit was how professional and efficient he was during the entire service. He kept me up to date and informed his entire stay.
