WHEW! I wish I would had took pictures of how my laptop looked before Mr. Kyle fixed it! I dropped my 17 inch hp laptop so many times. It was very damaged to the point it broke apart, keyboard crack, wires snatched out of place which caused my laptop to stop cutting on. Mr. Kyle was very professional and he brought my laptop back to life!!!!! It look like a whole brand new laptop!!! Thank you so much and he is very reasonable!! Hp or anyone else would have charged me over $500. I definitely recommend?

A year ago I was in a panic because my work back-up drive stopped working and I couldn't access it. I was new to the area but decided to see if someone at Computronics might be able to help because the other places that came up in my search wanted me to drop the drive off and they'd get back to me in a few days to tell me whether or not they could help. It was late in the day on a Friday, I believe, but Kyle was there. He plugged the thing in, did some computer magic and said he could fix it. I got it back the next week--fully functional--and when I asked about what to do for a better back up, he recommended a solid state drive, and gave me a screen shot of what to get!...read full review

Kyle is a genius with computer issues. What’s more, he is a patient, courteous, honest, fair and reliable genius. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Service is top-notch, cost is very fair.
