“I recently had a client that experienced a fraudulent transaction at another financial institution. The client called me for advice regarding how the fraud could have occurred and what would be the best way to handle the situation. After some discussion we determined that getting an IT professional involved to ensure the computer that was being used was not infected or compromised.
