“Two nights ago, our air conditioning stopped working. That same night we contacted the company, and they told us they would come the next day to check the unit.
Indeed, the owner himself came and inspected it. He immediately knew it was the capacitor. He replaced it, and it started working right away.

Mr. Frascona also offered us the annual maintenance subscription for the units, which includes installing a UV light to prevent mold growth, as well as another visit six months after the annual maintenance to make sure everything is working properly.

I must say we are very impressed with Mr. Frascona’s professionalism and commitment. Excellent service from the very first phone call.

Additionally, today two wonderful young employees came to do the maintenance: Diego and Jonás.

“Carlos was responsive to come over and investigate the problem on my AC. He went through the problem codes shown on the module board. He verified each of the potential problems shown on the list. He did some research to conclude that the problem was the module itself which was not listed. We got that replaced and my old system came back to life for very minimal cost. “Ilan is excellent in his advice on how to repair A/C issues efficiently. He came to my home with his teammate and inspected the issue and determined I didn’t need to put armor flex on my pipe and needed to just seal the gaps in the insulation. He taped it up and told me what to monitor and what drywall to cut out to remove the mold in the ceiling. Definitely would call him again for a/c issues at my home.“
