“Wish there was a higher star rating than 5-stars! Right from the beginning. Cathy’s friendly voice returned my phone call within 10 minutes after leaving a message. She explained the cleaning process in detail and scheduled a date & time. After the reconstruction of our home due to flooding from Hurricane Ian our ducts were in serious need of cleaning. Shane and George arrived happy and on time. They both were very professional and friendly and explained what they were doing as they worked seamlessly together, showing us pictures of the ducts before and after the cleaning process. When they are finished don’t be alarmed when they ask you to leave the house for 45 minutes so a microbe solution can be sprayed into the ducts to further clean and sanitize them. It was truly amazing how clean the house smelled when we returned home. Thank you, Chuck’s Ducts!!!“
