I saw the review above by someone accusing them of being liars. I too am disgusted by American Home Shield, however, when they sent a different company to look at my air conditioner, that company was wrong, and cost me money. Air Link Mechanical came out, found the problem, and fixed it. I had 2 more years of use thanks to this company. Then when the unit from 1985 finally needed to be replaced because you can't get thst freon anymore, Air Link Mechanical came out and put in a new one. A lot of work had to be done on the inside where the air handler is. They did an outstanding job, and of course, it passed inspection. Dave fixed our air conditioning unit and did a great job. My hubby "flagged him down" literally while Dave was servicing our neighbors a/c. Dave stopped by our house, and diagnosed the problem- gas leak..He was in communication with his wife who looked up all the part numbers and orders the parts needed to fix our unit. Dave did not take any payment for the service call, and came back to the house promptly 2 days later and installed the new parts, clean up the area, and we were good to go. I would recommend d Air Link Mechanical for all of your a/c needs. His price was fair and he was a nice man.
