Lisa from Smiley's came out to service our A/C system. We had a 8:00 appointment and she showed up on time. Started by checking our thermostat and filter and showed me what to look for when it needs to be changed. Moved onto the air handler in garage. Took all panels off and gave a thorough inspection. Every thing looked good and she cleaned the drip pan under the coils and added an algea pellet to prevent algea growth. Moved to outside unit and again a thorough inspection and the coils in that unit. Checked our outside drip line and even noticed our hot water pressure release line was dripping an little and suggested we have a plumber check it out and may replace...read full review
Lisa serviced my A/C unit and installed a new thermostat as well. She did a very thorough job for a reasonable price. The A/C has been running like a champ ever since. I am very pleased with the service. If you need your A/C serviced call Smiley's HVAC, you won't be sorry!
I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa from Smiley's Heating and Air on this past Saturday which is not the time you want to have AC problems. This horrible heat wave is bad then the AC wants to take a nap. So, I I called Lisa and she was at my home within the hour. I've never heard of such prompt service on a weekend. I have a company that's been servicing my unit every 6 months and found that they were not doing their job. My lines were all clogged and they were here July 9th to be exact. I don't have money to throw away like that. Lisa also found some installation errors from my installment which was 2 yrs ago. She goes beyond the call to take care of the customers....read full review
