I had my first annual maintenance a few days ago (free/included with the system) and I’m impressed with how thorough it was. Aaron was friendly and efficient and explained what he was doing as I watched and listened to the few concerns I had. The annual included cleaning the inside coil, drain pain, drain line, outside coil, AH housing, etc., lots of measurements of pressures, temperatures, amperage’s, that were recorded in a report for me. It was thorough.
