“Josh came out and throughly went through my system which is about 8 years old. HE talked about the return air not pulling hard enough. He labeled my 3 zones and adjusted the fan speed so that the suction was stronger. The system is working better now.

“I've been doing business with CCC since 2013. It was a fairly new business owned and operated by an experienced installer and service technician who tired of working with someone who was no longer running a reputable operation. His goal was to provide high quality service at reasonable prices and he did that while he owned the company. You can find my 5-star review on Yelp in December of that year. However, he sold this business and it's recently had a large staff turnover.

I've purchased 5 complete units—all heat pumps--from this company and had a neighbor buy a sixth. I only purchase units with 12 year parts warranties, 10 year labor warranties and 10 year refrigerant warranties. I've lived in Florida for over 40 years and have learned the hard (expensive) way that the cost of refrigerant can eat you alive—now over $100/pound, warranty service that covers parts and labor can still cost $500-$2500 for refrigerant and if it all leaks out tomorrow you'll have to pay that again...

This review originally started out as a 1 star; subsequently Grant, the new Master Tech turned Service Manager got involved and came out on a weekend to change a compressor. He's trying very hard to make this company live up to its previous high standard.

I would give CCC a 5 Star review if it again provided portable A/C units to customers awaiting parts (even if that meant having to pay a reasonable fee). Also, ensure office staff communicate the fact that the $99 service call fee assessed to inspect the unit will be applied toward the actual cost to complete the repair.“

“I called in the morning and Leslie was able to get us scheduled the same day. Kyle came out and promptly identified the issue and had our air conditioner up and running very quickly. He was able to answer a myriad of questions I asked for my own reference, so he was quite knowledgeable. I thank them for making my life a whole lot cooler on this very warm January day!“

“We moved into our house just over a year ago and discovered this week that the drain line for the AC was clogged which resulted in an overflow. I called Aldons, since they were the ones that installed the AC for the previous owners and we couldn't be more happy with their response and outstanding service.
I left a message first thing in the morning and received a call back right away. A service call was scheduled and Richard (technician) arrived within the arrival window and proceeded to remedy the issue.
In conjunction with the problem call, we signed up for a new Service Contract and Richard took care of the semi-annual service on the spot.

“In the heat of the summer, we received our brand new Carrier 5 ton A/C unit (after 17 years of the last one from Jacob..) We had three hard working young men- Pablo, Keegen, and Shaun, who expertly put in the large unit, new air handler, and thermostats. All went well, our house is really cool now, and Jacob has done it again! We have already had our county inspection and we passed with no problem at all! We have used this company exclusively for 35 years- we think no one can do it better!“
