Best Value A/C & Heating
“My A/C shut down on a holiday weekend. I had another company come in to give me an estimate... and the amount quoted for replacement was insane.... additionally, the unit proposed by the competition was for a unit that was too small for my home (I have a 2.5 ton and the other company quoted me for a 2 ton). I asked around and several neighbors suggested Best Value. I reached out to Best Value and they had Justin at my home within 24 hours. Justin quoted me a total cost that was 1/3 what the first company quoted...and for the 2.5 ton unit. Install was scheduled for the following day at 9 am (no small feat considering the fact that I need a crane to get the unit to the roof).
David and Alan showed up for the install (early, which to me is a good thing) and they got right to work. David & Alan worked their butts off getting my new A/C installed. They had to disassemble shelving and a door frame to fit the unit in my small space and they did not complain for a moment.... they just made it happen.... and put everything back together. I am beyond happy with how easy the process was and how quickly and professionally everything was handled. I did not miss a moment of work and I had zero stress. Best Value earned my future business and loyalty.”
