Had ACR out to my house today for the first time . Went really well. First off, they contacted me several times with their intent to keep the scheduled appointment. Remo, the service tech was great .Knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He opened the ac unit and educated me on what he would do and gave me tips on how to do simple maintenance between visits. So I am pleased and will be having them out to do the next maintenance.
Sheileek did an AMAZING job he fixed my ac in no time and was very considerate of me working from home at the time which is very much appreciated!
