“Orlando, is friendly, easy to talk to while offering tips, showing system level and readings. He took the time to be thorough in maintaining, explaining and replacing our UV light in the air handler. He is a definite asset to the Koontz A/C team!
Thank you!”
“Evening call at 8p showed up when promised and kept me informed when en route. Tech was Jesse; great guy, extremely knowledgeable, very professional and personable, and kept me informed through the entire process.”
“Fantastic team and exceptional service!
I’ve had my AC serviced with them for years and will continue to do so. They show up on time, and clearly communicate their recommendations. I wish all utilities/services were as professional, honest, and dependable as they are.”
