Had a slight problem with ac surging up a down. Called Flair made appt for next day. They called me back 30 minutes later. Had a cancellation able to send technician within the hour. Ethan showed up diagnosed the problem luckily had the part on his truck corrected the problem. We were up a running in no time flat. Parts under warranty just paid service fee. And labor very affordable. Fast efficient, courtesy and professional.

Great company, the lady who answers the phone is super friendly and informative, the service technician came the next day on time. No pressure to do unnecessary work or join service programs. My AC was up and running at a very reasonable rate, definitely recommend
