Had a slight problem with ac surging up a down. Called Flair made appt for next day. They called me back 30 minutes later. Had a cancellation able to send technician within the hour. Ethan showed up diagnosed the problem luckily had the part on his truck corrected the problem. We were up a running in no time flat. Parts under warranty just paid service fee. And labor very affordable. Fast efficient, courtesy and professional.
Walt and Nick came out today to replace one of our ACs. They had to maneuver in a very tight place and take down shelving to get to the job! They worked quickly and efficiently with good knowledge of the job! They even put the shelves back up for us!

Our AC went out on a Sunday evening in our pre-school. School started Monday! We have a contract with Flair and they came out Sunday and found it was not a simple repair. Stephanie in service contacted me Monday with a part recommendation and due to the age of the unit, Jody in Sales came and met me also. We needed a new unit and it was a commercial unit. Jody in sales had one. The next day, Walt and Nick came out and by noon, we were installed and enjoying the cool air. The whole Flair team communicated with me on every step and the work was great and the personal touch was appreciated.
