My process, overall, with I.C.E. Cooling has been stellar, start to finish. In response to my inquiry, Robert arrived promptly at my home. He assessed my situation, made and explained his recommendations, and thoroughly explained my options to me. I ended up with a 2026 system which is far above my expectations, at a cost well below my expectation. Robert kept me up to speed about equipment availability and subsequent installation plans. The equipment was delivered to I.C.E. Cooling late Friday afternoon, and the installing team arrived at my home Satuday morning to accomplish the installation.
