I have had ongoing issues with my AC unit that are a direct result of an installation by a less than reputable contractor, a very poorly manufactured brand and extremely unresponsive customer service team from the manufacture. Everyone at Infinity has been more than helpful in trying to get my issues resolved and being honest about every step taken.
I had a fantastic experience with Infinity Air & Heat from start to finish. The front office (Seidy) and our technician, Alberto, were upfront, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with.
We brought them in for a full deep cleaning of our air handler assembly and evaporator coil, as well as the installation of a carbon filter system with two UV lights.
Alberto was outstanding. He showed up on time, even a few minutes early, and completed the cleaning and installation smoothly and cleanly. I was very pleased with his transparency as well. Infinity Air was there for our office when we needed them the most. One of our employees came to work early and noticed it was 85 degrees in the office. I immediately called Riskli from Infinity Air. He send Alberto out to our office right away. Alberto found the issue with the A/C quickly. He had the part needed in his truck and had the office cooling off as quick as possible. What a relief! Thanks to Infinity Air, Riskli, and Alberto for saving us from having a very uncomfortable work day.
