“I've used ARM twice now. They show up when they say they show up. They get the job done and their pricing is very fair. I don't feel like they're bending me over and sticking it to me. On this last visit for what turned out to be a frozen ice maker that just required a defrost I also mentioned that I needed one of the drawers fixed on the refrigerator. Jacob just gave me the part number and told me where to order it and install it myself, saving me bucks.

Rene was very friendly, efficient, and professional. I will use them again, if needed. The best part was that after the repair, he only charged for the service call and the cost of the part, totaling about $185. Very Happy.“
