“Can’t say enough great words about this company. That came within an hour to diagnose my wine cooler that stopped cooling. He had it working before he left but at night it stopped again. Seems like it’s a bad compressor and it would cost as much to replace than to fix. And get this..they are actually refunding me the cost of the previous days repair without me even having to ask (minus the $75 diagnostic fee). I appreciated the speedy service, the kind and knowledgeable tech (also the owner), and the integrity to refund me even though he was here for two hours the previous day working hard to fix my issue. I will absolutely use them again and would recommend to anyone.”
