EXCELLENT!! Our air went out on 6/28 and temps in our home hit 91. It was unbearable for us and our 4 little chihuahuas. We have a home warranty contract and Fuss Free was to be the service provider. We were concerned that with this heat and an upcoming holiday they might be really busy and we may have to wait several days for service (very understandable). We purchased room size window ACs just in case. But we didn’t need them. The technician arrived today and we have working AC! The technician was so personable and fixed our AC really quick. Alfredo E. Was my technician. He arrived as stated in his text.Punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, patient. Alfredo went to work immediately. He made a thorough examination, explained the results, discussed necessary procedures for job completion. Because he had to return the next day, he offered great suggestions for over night comfort. My experience with Alfredo E. is the reason I gave a five star rating.
Excellent maintenance service for my AC. Aaron “my technician” was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained the problem clearly. The work was done efficiently, and the area was cleaned afterward. Very satisfied with the service.
