Rafael P was very professional. He explained the issue well and even though a new part is needed, he was able to get the HVAC working until the part comes in. Best residential HVAC contractor in the state. Special thanks to technician Johnny, who helped me out on several occasions to preserve the existing parts of my old AC rather than to just change out parts for newer expensive ones. Customer support is also strong and they take care of issues when they arise. Thanks Johnny, you saved me a lot of money and appreciate the value you created by persevering on my unit.

Fuss Free AC is an absolutely wonderful crew, everyone on the team (from the receptionist/scheduler to the technicians all were very courteous and professional, and the problem fixed incredibly quickly! They had a technician at my house within 3 hours of the initial call to diagnose why my AC quit and had a full system replacement installed and working in no time! Rafael and the crew over at Fuss Free are great!
