I contacted Jorge regarding oven taking too long to preheat and then not properly cooking food (2 days to cook a frozen lasagna). Prompt service , knowledgeable, and affordable price. I will recommend using. Thank you so much for your service !
Called yesterday evening, and he was at my home as soon as first thing this morning. He was efficient and thorough with assessing, explaining, and fixing the problem. I also appreciated the advice given to get the best result out of each appliance in question. Fee was more than reasonable.
I called Jorge when my fridge stopped cooling. He came right away, was incredibly knowledgeable, worked with me to file a warranty claim with my credit card company and stuck with the job until it was complete. Jorge is very responsive.
