Always happy with the service from Sears A&E. Sent two technicians (their A TEAM) to fix my microwave and these guys spent 2 hours taking it apart and repairing it. Yariel and his colleague went through each step to find and fix the problem.

I’m so happy I purchased this insurance, the service was fast , thorough and complete. They kept me informed of when the technician would arrive, which doesn’t happen with many other companies , and parts were delivered quickly. The technician, Rawley? Not sure about spelling, He is outstanding! Really cares about doing things right the first time, very thorough ,competent,professional and nice.
