So this review is not regarding actual service work on my generator, but this is in regards to the wonderful gentleman that took time out of his day to come to my grooming truck check out my generator ask me a bunch of questions as I brought it to him because of power drainage. Most places will tell you that you have to drop it off that they need to do testing, etc. and go from there, but this gentleman, however, took his time and gave me some really good advice to help me get my generatorRunning at its best ?

These guys are the absolute BEST. Ive been going to this place for well over 20 years and they are always knowledgeable, friendly and get the job done quickly. If you have any lawnmower or small engine issues, this is the place to go. They are always there for advice and have even fixed small issues while I waited at no charge. Would highly recommend them.

I initially contacted this shop to purchase a recoil starter for my old an SRM 2400 PE1 line trimmer. I purchased a recoil starter through ebay however, a few starts later no engagement. Took the entire unit to Bitter Blue and immediately a tech came out from the back and examined the unit and noted it was the throw-out in the pawl that was defective. Took the unit to the back installed the throw-out engager and life is good. Although I am DIY kind of guy, it was refreshing to know that there are small businesses and technicians and employees that do look out for the customer.
