They installed the unit on the roof and the handler inside my condo and registered the unit for the 10 year warranty. After the job was completed, Richard provided maintenance instructions and tips on how to properly care for the handler unit. What's the bottom line, Richard from Air Mechanical Group INC was our saving grace. He price was fair and work was of quality. As matter of fact, today we were notified that the Board will be conducting an inspection of all roof's units. Richard has assured us that we will "pass with flying colors". “I've used ARM twice now. They show up when they say they show up. They get the job done and their pricing is very fair. I don't feel like they're bending me over and sticking it to me. Which come on, we all know is how most of us feel when it comes to having an appliance repair person come to the door.

On this last visit for what turned out to be a frozen ice maker that just required a defrost I also mentioned that I needed one of the drawers fixed on the refrigerator. Jacob just gave me the part number and told me where to order it and install it myself, saving me bucks.
