They found the leak, sealed and repaired the pipe in a very quick and efficient manner. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. “So this review is not regarding actual service work on my generator, but this is in regards to the wonderful gentleman that took time out of his day to come to my grooming truck check out my generator ask me a bunch of questions as I brought it to him because of power drainage. Most places will tell you that you have to drop it off that they need to do testing, etc. and go from there, but this gentleman, however, took his time and gave me some really good advice to help me get my generatorRunning at its best ?“

“Not sure why they're so many poor reviews of this place. We had an issue with our Miele dishwasher and yes, it did take a 10 days for someone to come out; but they came. A day early in fact. They ordered the parts from Miele and a tech came out within days. He replaced the parts, ran a cycle and stayed to make sure there were no more issues. He even adjusted the machine to the proper height. I guess when you're dealing with expensive European appliances, issues will come up, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service. Yesenia, I hope I got her name right always was available and provided updates. You can't always go by reviews sometimes because most people just don't take the time to acknowledge good service, only bad. That's the way it goes unfortunately.
