Seriously, TRXN is like no other gym in town. They’ve got Chiropractors, personal trainers, and most importantly—they tailor a plan just for YOU and YOUR body! It’s like personalized medicine but with fewer needles and way more sweat.
I had a pickleball injury (yes, that’s a real thing), and Dr. Nate worked his magic on me. I walked in feeling like a pretzel and came out ready to take on the world (or at least my next pickleball tournament).

Joey Guinto has been so fabulous in helping me recover from brain injury with hyperbaric oxygen treatments, red light therapy and sauna use. I can tell he absolutely knows what he is talking about for all of the treatments offered, and Carolina is such a force for good, she’s always friendly and kind. I started my CrossFit career with Primus a month ago and I have never been happier to workout. I was an athlete growing up and loved the training that we did. When I moved to Orlando I was a heavy gym goer and believed that was the best way to get myself to train athletically but let’s be honest…. On your own time, you take one too many breaks.
