“Absolutely down to earth person Larry is. I had an issue with a SSD I had ordered on amazon. My wife put the SSD in her laptop and the screw basically turned into powder. and broke off in the motherboard. I did not have the right tools to remove it. I called SEVERAL computer repair shops and they did not want to touch it whatsoever. They didn't even give us the time of day to even look at it. Then I was recommended this place. Larry didn't promise anything but said he would take a look at it. It was a bit of a drive from my house but well worth it. His rates are very fair and he is a super nice and honest person. Not even an hour after I dropped it off he called me and said he was able to remove the screw. I would travel to this location for now on if I have any computer issues that I cannot fix myself. I have a brand new HP laptop that came with a tiny chip in the plastic in a spot you can’t even see. 2 months after I had the computer, my 2 year old son stepped on it causing the top left of my touch pad to be stuck down causing dragging and clicking on the screen when used. I still had 293 days left on my 1 year warranty with HP and explained the problem to HP and mentioned the plastic chip that came in it from factory and they said it was all covered. So I send it to HP all the way to California to get it repaired and they said the chip was “customer inflicted damage” and it voided the whole warranty and wanted to charge me $406 to repair the laptop. I refused and told them to send it back, contacted this company, dropped it off and it was fixed by the next day. All it was, was one of the little brackets holding one of the 4 screws that hold the touch pad up was bent.
He was super professional and knowledgeable and the price was out of this world. I will definitely be using him for all future computer repairs and recommend everyone I can to do the same. Thank you so so much! ?“

“Thomas should go by Dr. Thomas. I met Thomas for the first time. Like an awesome Dr. he makes house calls. He worked on my PC on a federal holiday . He made me feel comfortable by walking me through every step of the repair as I watched him do surgery on my desktop of 10 years. Very thorough. Saved all my data. The motherboard was fried so I purchased a nice computer that was at his office for a very reasonable and fair price. He set up everything as it was before while updating it to Windows 11. And while waiting on the data transfer he even helped me with issues I was having on my cellphone. He suggested I call anytime with any questions or any future issues. There's probably more he did that I'm forgetting but just know when you see Dr. Thomas you're in good hands. Rated 10 out of 10 from me a very happy customer.“
