I have a brand new HP laptop that came with a tiny chip in the plastic in a spot you can’t even see. 2 months after I had the computer, my 2 year old son stepped on it causing the top left of my touch pad to be stuck down causing dragging and clicking on the screen when used. I still had 293 days left on my 1 year warranty with HP and explained the problem to HP and mentioned the plastic chip that came in it from factory and they said it was all covered. So I send it to HP all the way to California to get it repaired and they said the chip was “customer inflicted damage” and it voided the whole warranty and wanted to charge me $406 to repair the laptop. I refused and told them to send it back, contacted this company, dropped it off and it was fixed by the next day. All it was, was one of the little brackets holding one of the 4 screws that hold the touch pad up was bent.
He was super professional and knowledgeable and the price was out of this world. I will definitely be using him for all future computer repairs and recommend everyone I can to do the same. Thank you so so much! ?”
