“In this age of automation and robot customer service, what a treat it is to interact with a human! Dominic has helped me greatly extend the life of two phones now, over a period of several years, at very affordable rates and clear explanations of what needs to happen vs. what's nice to have. He also helped my MIL get into her computer when she was locked out. He doesn't pressure you or try to upsell - just honest, transparent, patient and kind support.”

“Jepp at Marlin Technology is our go-to for all of our tech support needs! He is quick to respond, excellent at problem solving and has saved us more than once, from potential computer catastrophes! Trusting someone with our technology these days is always a concern, but Jepp answers the call and we definitely would recommend him to those in need! Thanks Jepp!”
