Absolutely down to earth person Larry is. I had an issue with a SSD I had ordered on amazon. My wife put the SSD in her laptop and the screw basically turned into powder. and broke off in the motherboard. I did not have the right tools to remove it. I called SEVERAL computer repair shops and they did not want to touch it whatsoever. They didn't even give us the time of day to even look at it. Then I was recommended this place.
