I highly recommend this company. Outstanding customer service, quick turn around time, and very reasonable pricing for repairs. I appreciated the extra time spent helping me understand the components as I am not computer savvy. I will be a repeat customer.

Reviews
We have used Don for all our computer issues for the past fourteen years. He would respond to our phone calls immediately and would arrive at our house the same day. He has always been extremely pleasant and helpful and has never overcharged for anything. He actually always advises the most economical way to solve a problem, and strives to do whatever we ask of him. And will explain things to our understanding.
When we moved out of the area we could not find a comparable replacement, so we would still call on Don for advice and whatever he could fix over the phone. We were fortunate to find him. My husband and I both highly recommend Don!
This is one computer tech I definitely needed on my side. I tried to fix what I thought was going to be a fairly simple fix-- is mistake on my part. I found Don and made the call. I dropped off my laptop--in pieces --and he had it back to me by the next day fixed! I definitely will be keeping his number on file for all my computer needs. The price was fair and the service was great. I highly recommend Nexgen PC Services for your computer needs.
