Thomas should go by Dr. Thomas. I met Thomas for the first time. Like an awesome Dr. he makes house calls. He worked on my PC on a federal holiday . He made me feel comfortable by walking me through every step of the repair as I watched him do surgery on my desktop of 10 years. Very thorough. Saved all my data. The motherboard was fried so I purchased a nice computer that was at his office for a very reasonable and fair price. He set up everything as it was before while updating it to Windows 11.
