Most places charge you $75 to $100 just to tell you what's wrong. Free diagnostic is extremely hard to find. I had so many small problem I would have never figured it out on my own. My pc is all my free time so I was desperate. They reassured me that he could fix it and he did and some.... I got it back with a shine it hasn't seen since out of the box. Would definitely recommend because not only is he a modern day Wizard but he won't overcharge you either. I'm never going anywhere else.“
