Our computer shut down this morning 9:30 am. Called EK3 and Keith came out to Interior Fusion Jacksonville, by 10:00 and the issue was resolved by 10:40. We just need a few new cables. Thank you for your quick, professional response. EK3 has been an amazing company to work with for all our IT needs. We have been with them since 2022 and are very happy with their sales, service, and response times. I highly recommend them for HIGH SECURITY NEEDS, AS WELL. This is their specialty. From a customer standpoint my experience with EK3 could not have been any better. I called prior to bringing in my printer "that wouldn't print" and my call was picked up on the second ring by a human (small but big victory in my book).They instructed me to bring it on by. Upon arriving I was immediately attended to and experienced First Class service to the 't.'My printer was diagnosed right on the spot within 10 minutes (ended up being the driver / software not printer). They gave me detailed instructions on how to remove and re-install the driver.Thank you!

I was having problems getting a wifi signal on my 3 story townhome with concrete walls and floors and was considering running wires for better internet, but then I watched the video on Mesh wifi systems and went that direction instead. I am so glad that I did because now I get excellent wifi signal everywhere and it was so easy to do. I learn a lot from your videos and get a chuckle at the bloopers at the end. Thank you!
