“Two nights ago, our air conditioning stopped working. That same night we contacted the company, and they told us they would come the next day to check the unit.
Indeed, the owner himself came and inspected it. He immediately knew it was the capacitor. He replaced it, and it started working right away.

Mr. Frascona also offered us the annual maintenance subscription for the units, which includes installing a UV light to prevent mold growth, as well as another visit six months after the annual maintenance to make sure everything is working properly.

I must say we are very impressed with Mr. Frascona’s professionalism and commitment. Excellent service from the very first phone call.

Additionally, today two wonderful young employees came to do the maintenance: Diego and Jonás.

“Ilan is excellent in his advice on how to repair A/C issues efficiently. He came to my home with his teammate and inspected the issue and determined I didn’t need to put armor flex on my pipe and needed to just seal the gaps in the insulation. He taped it up and told me what to monitor and what drywall to cut out to remove the mold in the ceiling. Definitely would call him again for a/c issues at my home.“

“Big Time Air Conditioning did awesome job in my home. They did the vent cleaning each individual one and they also added the. Pink Panther installation in my attic I’m very pleased with their work. They were so great that they even changed my coil that was in very bad shape and I was able to get it with the warranty in addition to that. They also changed my outside air fan that was also in very bad condition. In their service, the only thing I had to pay was $100 From the Warranty.
