“Highly recommended!!! Extremely professional, thorough, and fair pricing. They immediately contacted my building, provided their insurance information to the association, and had a technician on their way to fix my ac within an hour. They upgraded my thermostat, changed my filter, replaced the sensor, stopped the water that was leaking, and opened up the vents that I couldn’t reach. I was tired of being taken advantage of by big name A/c companies and their technicians that are on commission w/company quotas.The Polar Bear process started w/seamless scheduling. It was very accommodating to my availability. I received a written stmt of all services to be rendered w/the cost sent to me prior to appt. The Polar Bear technician completed ALL included services, was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me anything nor things I didn’t need.
