XIOMARA. YOUR THECNITIAN WAS VERY KNOLEGABLE IN THIS FIELD. I EXPLAIN TO HIM YESTERDAY WHAT PROBLEM I HAD & HE CHECK THE UNIT AND FOUND OUT THAT THE MOTOR WAS NO GOOD ANYMORE. SO HE TOLD THAT HE CAN ORDER ANOTHER MOTOR, & HE WILL BE BACK THE NEXT DAY, TODAY THURSDAY IN THE MORNING. WELL TODAY THURSDAY ROMELY SHOW UP, REPLACE THE NEW MOTOR AND CHANGE SOME CABLES SINCE THEY WERE WIRE WRONG, NOW AND HAPPY. Our A/C system shut down while we were out of town. We were about a hour away from home when we checked our Nest App and saw our living room temperature was 89 degrees!
