“The Sears tech Yariel did a great job to fix our dishwasher. He got it back in alignment so the top rack can pull in and out smoothly again. He put on the missing end cap to right arm of dishwasher. I also asked him to pull out the dishwasher to be able to clean the dirt and food items that got stuck back there- a small potato, a cracker & crumbs. I gave him a broom & dustpan & he cleaned it well with some wet cleaning cloths. Then put the dishwasher back under the granite countertop. He also asked me if I ever cleaned the filter? I didn’t know you can unscrew the filter and give it a rinse every few months. I am happy with the service today from Sears.“

“Washing machine broke down, pretty new and expensive, first group said 250 for parts labor. They charged me $80, and I have not had issues since.“

“Not sure why they're so many poor reviews of this place. We had an issue with our Miele dishwasher and yes, it did take a 10 days for someone to come out; but they came. A day early in fact. They ordered the parts from Miele and a tech came out within days. He replaced the parts, ran a cycle and stayed to make sure there were no more issues. He even adjusted the machine to the proper height. I guess when you're dealing with expensive European appliances, issues will come up, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service. Yesenia, I hope I got her name right always was available and provided updates. You can't always go by reviews sometimes because most people just don't take the time to acknowledge good service, only bad. That's the way it goes unfortunately. “Very happy I brought my jetter system to Bitter Blue, Chris was very friendly and helpful with getting me set up with an appointment and explained everything from pricing to making repairs and ordering parts. Bill was our technician that fixed our system and he was knowledgeable and brought this machine back to life and even called me midway to give me an update on the system. Truly a great team that took care of me and I’ll be bringing more equipment to them.“

“Had a broken glass microwave drawer on our Sharp Microwave Drawer. Model# SMD2470ASY. Called their cust serv and req-ed LeGrand to service the unit and replace the glass drawer. Quoted $350 to complete the repair. Rene showed up today to install the new part. Only took Min's to repair, then he helped me re-install the unit back into its space. Rene was very friendly, efficient, and professional. I will use them again, if needed. The best part was that after the repair, he only charged for the service call and the cost of the part, totaling about $185. Very Happy.“

“I am receiving the worst customer service from this company. Wrong parts ordered that were shipped to my home to be stored for my scheduled service, instead of the repair man bringing them. When the repair man left after discovering they were the wrong parts, he left them here for me to store again. The company will schedule a morning appointment, then text you an afternoon appt. Correct parts were ordered but not shipped to me. The hours I was scheduled for this appointment was between 12:30 pm and- 5:00 pm. No show of repairmen, but shows up at 6:45 pm. He came with out any parts!!! Had to reschedule again. Requested morning. They sent an email for an afternoon appointment again. They do not listen to my request. They have their own agenda and the manager does not return my calls. Lowe’s needs to fire this company.“
