I am writing to share my positive experience with Appliance Service Group, Inc. The representative I spoke with, Miss Jessy, was an excellent help. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and successfully resolved the issue we were having with our Viking professional hood. It is clear that this company truly values its customers and provides top-tier service.

Not sure why they're so many poor reviews of this place. We had an issue with our Miele dishwasher and yes, it did take a 10 days for someone to come out; but they came. A day early in fact. They ordered the parts from Miele and a tech came out within days. He replaced the parts, ran a cycle and stayed to make sure there were no more issues. He even adjusted the machine to the proper height. I guess when you're dealing with expensive European appliances, issues will come up, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service.
