We had a very positive experience on a weekend when I had an urgent issue with glasses purchased from a different vendor. Rosalily, especially, went above and beyond our expectations to help me resolve the issue.
First time coming to this store Katrina helped me out first and was so kind and patient with my watery eyes!! Ashton helped me out at the checkout they were so helpful and accommodating with me! this is the best eye service I've had in years, will definitely be my only eye care stop from now on!
The ladies in the office was amazing! Katrina was soooooo helpful and very sweet lady. Rosalily was very nice and helpful also. They both took their time explaining this to us and answering all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends
