I got my eye exam at another location due to an insurance benefit but went here to get my lenses b/c their website said they could do same day. However, because mine weren't in stock, I waited about 4 days, that's including the weekend. After getting my lenses, I could not adjust to them, not even after a week. I came back and found out the eye exam at the other location got my prescription all wrong! Even though I didn't schedule the eye exam with SO, Pilar was amazing in giving me a new eye exam on the spot, walked me through how off my first prescription was and assisted me in finding a backup pair of glasses. The staff was amazing. Very friendly, patient and gave me options that supported my budget. I’m indecisive when picking the right frames and they supported me every step of the way providing a variety options and helping me select what felt right for me.

From the minute I opened the door to moment the door closed behind me - they were the most polite, friendly, and helpful staff! They bent over backwards to make sure I understood the answers to the numerous questions I asked! I am on a fixed income and so I have to spend accordingly, when explaining I wanted the cheapest package available and single vision they didn’t demand that I must have the Dr recommended type of glasses!
