I don’t think I have EVER had such an honest opinion and consultation as I did from Dr Joseph at Visionwork’sRiverCity Market Place. He is an excellent Optometrist and reads you exactly as he sees it. I prefer honesty over BS anytime.
Additionally, i have never had such amazing assistance picking out frames. Sometimes thats the hardest part for me!
AND, are you ready for this….my new glasses were ready way, way before the date they initially gave me which was so helpful bc i had to wear glasses that were two years old as my year before glasses had broken and beyond repair!
The entire team was great. I appreciate each and every one of them!
The customer service was exceptional from beginning to end from the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk to the Dr. himself. They were thorough and the Dr even told me things about my eyes that no other Dr. ever mentioned before.
I was very indecisive about glasses or contacts and the price for each, they broke down everything and gave me the price for both and even gave me a coupon. Great experience, 1000% would Def recommend.
